UK SHIPPING
BLACK FRIDAY WEEK: All orders placed during this week will be shipped on 3 December 2024. If needed sooner, please email hello@rajanibaker.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
Standard Shipping: £5.99 (Tracked 48) 3-5 days
Express Delivery: £10* (Special Delivery) 1-2 days [COMING SOON}
*orders must be placed by 11am for next day delivery.
All deliveries will be shipped via Royal Mail unless otherwise noted.
We aim to get all orders shipped within 3 business days.
If there are any anticipated delays because of the holidays, low stock, or because an item is being offered as a pre-order, we will aim to clarify this on various areas of our website and on our Instagram before you place an order.
As a new business, we currently only ship to addresses in the UK. If you are located elsewhere, you will need to provide a UK shipping address where a package can be received on your behalf.
Please Note:
- We cannot accept responsibility if the delivery address provided is incorrect; please check all of your details before completing at checkout.
- If a signature is required, please ensure that someone is available to sign for them at the address or that your safe place is clearly indicated.
- Orders placed at the weekend will be accepted on a Monday.
- In the instance that any order is incorrectly shipped to a customer in error, we would kindly request that this is returned to us. A postage label and free collection will be provided; any items not returned to us will be invoiced.
- In the instance that a parcel goes missing in transit, we are unable to refund the order until 7 working days after the expected delivery date, to ensure that ample time has been given for the item to arrive. If a refund is given and the item subsequently arrives, customers would be required to return it with a pre-paid returns label.
RETURNS
- We can exchange or refund items returned within 21 days of receipt. Please note the package must reach us within the 21 day period to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please email us the item and order details at hello@rajanibaker.com and return your item in the original packaging, in perfect saleable condition for a full refund. Please also enclose your order details so we know who is issuing the return in the parcel.
- Please notify us of any breakages within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will offer a reasonable solution based on stock availability.
- We regret that postage costs cannot be refunded unless goods are being returned due to an error on our part. This applies to outbound and return postage.
EXCHANGE ORDERS
UK exchanges will be sent out via Royal Mail 48 Tracked service. Your exchange will be processed as soon as we received your return (please enclose your order details in the return parcel). You will receive a shipping notification when your exchange is shipped with a tracking number.FAULTY ITEMS
For faulty items, please notify us immediately and we will come to a reasonable resolution based on our current stock. Rajani Baker does not take responsibility for items returned in a damaged condition without prior notice.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Final Sale items are only returnable for shop credit.OTHER RESTRICTIONS
